150/Week of Physical Activity
For my activities I enjoy running, I also do a lot of zumba.
Those are the main ways I keep phycially active.
I enjoy taking my dog for walks, and runs sometimes too.
Yoga is a new acticity that I have taken up lately, and I
think that I will coninue to do it. In the summer time I go
swimming. In the winter time I do work outs inside, like
sit ups and such. Keeping a healthy and balanced diet is
something that i've been working on too.
Volunteer & Work Hours
For the past 2 and a half years or so I was working at the Okangan Hot Dog Stand, that is were most of my volunteer/work hours. Although I also yearly volunteer for the Canadian Cancer Society. I frequently help neighbours along with my own mother by babysitting for them on a regular basis.
3 ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF MINE?
Getting my licence (N) the first time I went for it. It is an important accomplish of mine because I paracticed driving as much as I could when I ever I could, and it gave an awesome validation to me.
Buying myself my own car & Insurance felt very nice because I felt independant, and it is something that I have always wanted to do.
Volunteering at the Canadian Cancer Society for 5 years makes me feel good. Volunteering is something that I really enjoy doing, and having commitment to something for that long is an important skill to learn.
Since the summer time, I have been working on self care, and have stayed 5 months sober. Some experiences that happened have made me more mature, and have helped me better myself.
